This role starts casual, with a genuine pathway to full-time for the right person. Show us what you’re about and the hours will follow.
What the role looks like day to day:
- You’ll be on the tools alongside our tradesmen and apprentices, delivering quality residential landscape construction across Newcastle and the Hunter Valley: excavation and site prep, base preparation, retaining walls, paving, drainage, planting and turf.
- You’ll be a key set of hands on site, keeping the job moving, running machinery, keeping the site clean and safe, and backing up the crew so the work gets done right.
- You’ll represent Cammareri in front of clients with respect and care.
- Some overtime and occasional Saturday work is part of the job when projects need it.

What you’ll need:
- Experience in landscape construction or construction labouring.
- Machinery experience (excavator, skid steer, plate compactor, wet saw). Tickets are a bonus.
- White Card and current driver’s licence.
- Reliable transport to get to site.
- Good fitness for physical outdoor work.
- Eligibility to work in Australia.
