Our client is looking for an experienced Customer Service Officer to join their close-knit team in this 6 week temp assignment starting ASAP.
You are used to working in a fast-paced environment and are the sort of person who enjoys building good working relationships with your customers.
Responsibilities include:
- Handling inbound telephone calls
- Data Entry of orders into ERP system
- Liaise with 3PL's, Transport companies, Account Managers etc regarding orders and deliveries
- Related Customer Service Administration
