Cambridgeshire and Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Clinical Lead Occupational Therapist to join the Integrated Stroke Early Supported Discharge & Community Neuro Rehabilitation Service. You will lead neuro OT programmes, assess complex patients and work within a multi-disciplinary team to shape service delivery.
You will manage autonomous clinical practice across Cambridgeshire, visiting patients at home, wards or community venues, with agile, virtual consultation as needed;
