Calvary Health Care Kogarah is seeking a dedicated Community Aged Care Manager for a full-time role, Monday to Friday. You will lead Commonwealth-funded community aged care programs and oversee the Transitional Aged Care Program Team to ensure safe, high-quality services.
You will manage a multidisciplinary team, develop strategic direction, and align with CHCK's vision and values while meeting program guidelines and performance targets.
