Calvary Central Districts are currently seeking enthusiastic and experienced Sterilisation Technicians to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for experienced technicians to join our team with a focus on teamwork and development.
Your main duties will include:
- Ensure the cleaning, packaging and sterilisation of medical equipment is completed in a timely manner
- Complete documentation in accordance with established policies and procedures and industry standards
- Monitor compliance and report non-conformance using appropriate methods
- Participate with daily testing, monitoring and validation requirements
About you:
- A minimum of 1 year experience working within CSSD
- Knowledge and understanding of AS5369
- Certificate III or above in Sterilisation Services
- A drive to learn and expand your knowledge base, as well as guide and support other staff
- A desire to join a team committed to the care of others in a mission-based organisation, demonstrated communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
