Caloundra District Netball Association (CDNA) is seeking an experienced, organised leader to drive the Player Development agenda. The role is paid casual, averaging 10–15 hours weekly, with some evening and weekend work as the development calendar requires.
You will collaborate with the Executive, Coaching Convenor and club partners to expand pathways for players of all ages and abilities. You’ll build annual development plans, run junior programs and clinics, coordinate camps and wellness
