The Procurement and Contracts team at Cairns and Hinterland Hospital and Health Service (CHHHS) operates as a dedicated internal division responsible for managing commercial arrangements, sourcing goods and services, and ensuring compliance with buying standards. About your role:
In this position you will.....
- Manage the implementation of contracts including the development of handover packs for key stakeholders to enable effective utilisation and performance management of contracts that have resulted from procurement activities.
- Prepare correspondence, reports and memoranda relating to Procurement and Contracts Unit matters as directed.
- Manage a variety of concurrent procurement projects (and other business-related projects) by exercising a high degree of judgement, in order to meet operational and/or business deadlines.
Vaccine Preventable Diseases (VPD)
evidence as required for your employment in accordance with legislation/government policy and Directives.
