About the Role
Ready to build on your senior support experience and take greater ownership of projects? You’ll deliver Microsoft, cloud and infrastructure solutions across varied customer environments, from migrations and deployments to upgrades and technology improvements. Alongside project delivery, you’ll provide technical escalation support and contribute to the development of your colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver infrastructure and cloud projects against agreed requirements.
- Implement Microsoft migrations, system upgrades and new deployments.
- Coordinate project activities, track progress and identify delivery risks.
- Keep customers informed and produce clear technical documentation.
- Resolve complex escalations and share technical knowledge.
Skills & Experience
- Strong Microsoft infrastructure knowledge, including Azure and Microsoft 365.
- Experience resolving complex issues at a Level 3 support level.
- Practical involvement in migrations, deployments or infrastructure projects.
- Confident customer communication and technical documentation skills.
- Ability to manage priorities, work within scope and recognise when changes need review.
