We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Workforce Compliance Officer to join our team. We are a female led, family run business that has been a leader in healthcare recruitment for 22 years!
This is a dynamic, fast-paced role that sits at the heart of our operations—supporting recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and providing basic systems support to our workforce.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a busy environment, enjoys working across people, compliance, and systems, and takes pride in delivering accurate, efficient results.
Key Responsibilities
- Screen applications against set criteria and communicate outcomes via phone and email
- Support successful candidates through a detailed onboarding process
- Ensure all regulatory and compliance requirements are met, whilst providing a positive candidate experience
- Conduct compliance and credentialing checks (e.g. AHPRA, police checks, WWCC, immunisations)
- Maintain accurate, audit-ready records and manage document expiries and renewals
- Assist with audit preparation and compliance reporting
- Provide first-line system and app support, including basic troubleshooting (e.g. login issues, navigation, uploads)
What we’re looking for:
About You
- Experience in healthcare recruitment or compliance (highly regarded)
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confident using systems and picking up new technology quickly
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of Australian healthcare compliance requirements
