Key responsibilities
Work on a 24/7 rotating roster
Continuously prioritize tasks and troubleshoot issues with speed and precision
Build rapport and communicate effectively with clients, nurses, and carers
Maintain a proactive approach to meeting KPIs and supporting agency needs
