Cochlear Limited (Australia) is seeking a permanent, full-time Legal Counsel to be based at our Macquarie University, Sydney office. Reporting to the Deputy General Counsel, you will partner with senior stakeholders across Global Strategic Marketing, R&D and other functions to own a diverse legal portfolio including advertising, commercial contracts, IP and disputes.
You will provide practical legal advice to enable business objectives while managing risk, review marketing materials for compliance, and support the development of new products.
