The Role
This is a hands on opportunity to deliver immediate value by resolving a backlog of high volume accounts payable reconciliations and restoring process accuracy within a supportive team environment. The successful candidate will take ownership of critical reconciliation activities while building strong working relationships across the organisation.
- Clear existing backlog of accounts payable reconciliations and restore timely processing
- Identify and resolve discrepancies such as incorrect purchase order numbers, missing items and incorrect pricing
- Perform high-volume reconciliations using large ERP systems, with training provided on internal tools
- Engage directly with stores and stakeholders by phone to clarify details and gather required information
- Ensure data integrity across financial records through systematic review and follow-up
- Deliver full-time onsite support to enable seamless collaboration and knowledge sharing

- Proven experience handling high-volume accounts payable reconciliations and backlog clearance
- Strong proficiency with large ERP platforms such as Oracle or SAP
- Excellent communication skills with confidence making outbound calls to clarify issues and compile accurate records
- Sharp eye for detail to detect and correct pricing errors, missing items and documentation mismatches
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented, supportive workplace
- Immediate availability and willingness to work full-time onsite for optimal support and engagement
