Job Responsibilities
- Liaise with customers throughout the vehicle build and delivery process
- Manage handover bookings, set clear expectations, and ensure timely delivery
- Coordinate with Pre‐Delivery to prepare showroom‐ready vehicles with all accessories and documentation
- Complete final checks, update systems, and approve release — nothing leaves without your sign‐off
- Maintain CRM records, delivery trackers, and report daily handover status with precision
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth, well‐paced delivery scheduling
About You
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Coordination/admin experience in fast‐paced settings
- Detail‐oriented and process‐driven
- Tech‐savvy; quick to learn dealership systems
- Holds a current Australian driver licence
- Dealership experience preferred but not essential
