Trax is hiring a Product Specialist to join our growing team in the Sydney, Australia region. This role requires a firm understanding of the aviation field and experience with Technical Records, Engineering, Maintenance and/or Software Implementation to support training and product management.
You will learn our products, assist in developing documentation, conduct training, resolve technical issues and deliver outstanding customer service while collaborating closely with Programming and QA.
