  • Coordinate and follow up on the end-to-end product delivery lifecycle, including requirements clarification, scheduling, development, testing, implementation and launch.
  • Work closely with IT, product, development and business teams to identify and resolve requirements, technical and implementation issues throughout the delivery process.
  • Conduct market and competitive research to identify relevant digital solutions and industry practices and provide recommendations for product and system improvements.
  • Gather feedback from local users, sales teams and dealers, monitor product performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement and optimization.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with both local and overseas teams.
  • Fluent in both English and Chinese, with the ability to use both languages as working languages.
  • Strong ability to understand and translate business requirements into clear and standardized product solutions.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, logical thinking, problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Good teamwork and ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and international environment.
