BY KIRRA Skin & Beauty is looking for a Studio Coordinator to be the first and last person every client sees, and the person who keeps the studio running smoothly in between. This is more than answering the phone and taking payments. You'll keep the book full, make sure every client leaves with their next appointment booked, and help them find the right products for their results at home.
What you'll do:
- Welcome clients and look after them from arrival to departure
- Manage bookings, confirmations and cancellations in Timely
- Rebook clients and offer retail and add-on services at checkout
- Reply to calls, emails and DMs, and turn enquiries into bookings
- Create and schedule social posts in Canva for Instagram, Facebook and TikTok
- Process payments, cash up and complete daily reconciliations
- Manage stock, orders and product listings on our Squarespace store
About you:
- Organised, calm under pressure and great with people
- Confident with cash handling, EFTPOS and booking software
- Comfortable with Google Workspace, Canva and social media
- Professional presentation and a positive, energetic approach
- Available Tuesday to Saturday
- Timely experience and beauty industry knowledge are a bonus
