At Buterin L'Estrange Projects, we're a growing and dynamic construction company delivering exciting commercial, retail and hospitality projects.
We're looking for an experienced, motivated and hands-on accounts professional to take ownership of our accounts function and become a valued member of our team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys a hands on role, thrives in a busy environment and has the confidence and initiative to grow alongside our business.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our accounts, including:
Accounts payable, receivable and bank reconciliations
Payroll, superannuation and employee entitlements
BAS, GST and statutory reporting
Cash flow management and financial reporting
Project costing, progress claims and budget monitoring
Preparing management reports and working closely with the directors
Improving financial processes and maintaining accurate records
Nexvia software integrations
ABOUT YOU
Proven experience managing a broad accounts function
Construction industry experience is highly regarded
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Confident, proactive and capable of working independently
A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
Someone who takes ownership, shows initiative and enjoys being hands-on
