Busy Bees at Prahran is seeking an inspiring Educational Leader to mentor educators, drive curriculum quality, and lead continuous improvement across the service. This full-time role offers a salary of $41.72–$43.08 per hour plus the Education Leader Allowance, alongside Uniform and laundry allowances, 50% childcare gap-fee discounts for permanent staff, and ongoing professional development.
You will oversee EYLF implementation, support documentation, and work closely with the Centre Director.
