We're seeking an experienced Site Electrical & Automation Supervisor to lead our electrical, automation, and process control functions across a high-performance industrial manufacturing plant. This is a senior technical leadership role overseeing a team of shift electricians, apprentices, and a process control specialist, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient operation of all electrical and automation systems on site.
As the Site Electrical & Automation Supervisor, you will be the highest-level electrical and automation authority on site, responsible for:
- Leading and developing a team of electricians, apprentices, and a process control specialist
- Overseeing electrical maintenance, compliance, and safe work practices
- Providing advanced troubleshooting across PLC, SCADA, instrumentation, drives, and industrial networks
- Managing automation changes, system integrity, backups, and documentation
- Supporting capital projects, upgrades, and reliability improvements
- Ensuring electrical and automation work meets regulatory, safety, and operational standards
- Working closely with production, engineering, and contractors to keep the plant running safely and efficiently

What You'll Bring
