Bushland Health Group is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our residential aged care teams in the Manning Valley, NSW. You will provide safe, evidence-based nursing care and collaborate with our clinical staff and Nurse Educator.
You will work with older residents with comorbidities, including diabetes, wounds, pain, palliative and dementia care. The role includes a 12-month graduate transition program with potential for permanent placement upon completion.
