Ready to take the next step in your leadership career? As an Assistant Store Manager (2IC) at Burson, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day success of our Labrador branch. Supporting the Store Manager, you'll lead from the front, drive sales performance, champion exceptional customer service, and help create a positive, high-performing team culture.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Providing expert advice and assistance to trade, workshop, and retail customers on automotive parts and products
• Delivering outstanding customer service while building strong, long-term customer relationships
• Supporting sales growth and branch performance outcomes
• Assisting with inventory management and stock control processes
• Maintaining high store presentation standards and ensuring compliance with company policies and workplace health and safety requirements
• Supporting the Store Manager in the daily operation of the branch
• Leading, coaching, and motivating team members to achieve their best

Qualifications:

• An ability to work in a driven and diverse team environment
• Ideally experience in the automotive parts sector (or related sectors)
• The ability to engage with, and motivate team members
• Customer focused with strong time management abilities & attention to detail
• OH & S experience, with sound administrative skills and solid computer literacy
• Current full drivers license
