Are you a passionate, nurturing Lead Educator/Educator who loves guiding our children through meaningful learning, exploration, and growth? Do you thrive in a leadership role where you can mentor others, shape high‑quality programs, and create a beautiful environment for children to flourish? This is your chance to help shape something special from day one.

Burnett House Early Learning and Kindergarten, located in Sadliers Crossing, is a purpose‑built, well‑resourced early childhood service catering for up to 95 children each day across six learning environments. We are passionate about providing high‑quality education and care through engaging learning experiences, exceptional resources, and inspiring indoor and outdoor environments.

Our service features three spacious playgrounds, a popular Bush Kindy program, Pram Kindy adventures, and a diverse range of incursions delivered five days a week across the service. We pride ourselves on creating meaningful opportunities for children to explore, discover, and connect with their community and the natural environment.

Supported by a dedicated and approachable Management Team, generous budgets, and a collaborative team culture, Burnett House is a positive and rewarding place for both children and educators to thrive
