Your new role
Your Corporate/Commercial advisory work is for the Australian Government and corporate clients. You and your team act for the country's largest Australian Government agencies as well as government-owned corporations, Aboriginal corporations and private sector companies.
- Provide corporate advisory services including corporate law, governance, Corporations Act compliance, corporate structuring, major transactions and regulatory compliance.
- Being part of a collaborative and supportive team
