Acting for a mix of clients, including a large and growing stable of clients poached from top and mid-tier firms, you will enjoy a mix of commercial and transactional work. Depending on your experience you can enjoy sales and acquisitions, joint ventures, restructures, projects, and other broad commercial contracts and governance work for high-end clients.
This is a unique partner-level (or Special Counsel level) role for a lawyer who may not have a client-base of his or her own. The firm is thriving and you will inherit a full client base, although the firm will make room if you bring wokr of your own as well.
