Burger Urge is seeking a Technology Support Engineer to provide hands-on IT support across its venues and Support Office. You'll troubleshoot POS and online ordering systems, manage Microsoft 365 services, and maintain hardware and network connectivity.
Reporting to the Head of Technology & Commercial, you will resolve tickets, support multi-site operations, and ensure secure, reliable technology across all locations.
