The Role
As Venue Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of our venue. You’ll lead from the front, keep service running smoothly and build a crew that delivers an exceptional guest experience every shift.

What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years’ experience in hospitality or restaurant management
- A natural leader who motivates and inspires their crew
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Energy, hustle, and a hands‑on, “let’s do this” attitude
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to handle the heat, literally and figuratively
Availability
We’re seeking a manager who can work:
- Day and evening shifts, including peak service periods
- Weekends and public holidays as required
- Flexible hours to suit the needs of the venue
Mandatory Requirements
- Valid Australian working rights, or eligibility for visa sponsorship after probation
- Ability to provide proof of identity and work eligibility documentation
- Food Safety Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
