The Position
Our Sales Consultants work closely with our customers to understand their needs, provide expert product knowledge, and guide them through their product selections. Daily tasks include:
- Greet customers upon arrival at the Showroom
- Provide expert product knowledge, including features, benefits, specifications, pricing
- Guide customers through the sales process from start to finish including quotes, arranging delivery; handling returns or exchanges if necessary
- Build a strong sales pipeline and follow up with leads via phone, email or site visits
- Understand and be responsive to customer needs
- Maintain a clean and organized showroom environment
- Develop warm and productive relationships with customers, suppliers and colleagues
About You
- - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- - Confidence and experience with building relationships: suppliers, building trade and retail customers
- - Highly motivated to drive sales growth and exceed expectations
- - Genuine interest and familiarity with bathware and/or kitchen products
- - A natural flair with interior design concepts
- - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
