Skills & Experience
- Experience leading a customer-centric culture in a B2C business
- Experience in the aged care sector or related fields desirable, but not essential
- Leadership roles in highly regulated sectors
- Experience developing or driving continuous improvement efforts
- Solid commercial understanding of budgets and resource management
- Great stakeholder management skills
- A track record of maintaining service delivery and customer satisfaction
- Proven experience leading transformational change
