You'll also contribute to best practice across the property legal function, supporting legal technology initiatives and driving the continued evolution of efficient, high-quality legal services.

What you’ll need to make it possible:

  • Completed a degree in law and hold a current relevant practising certificate in a state Supreme Court and the High Court of Australia.
  • Significant post admission experience in-house or in private practice, including experience in providing property, commercial and contracting legal advice.
  • Experience in dealing with commercial clients and counter parties in written and verbal communications, including negotiations.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting leasing transactions, property acquisitions, disposals and related transactions, including legal due diligence, risk assessment and transaction management.
  • Experience advising on construction and development projects, including negotiating and managing construction and consultancy agreements.
  • Proven ability to provide pragmatic, commercially focused legal advice to senior stakeholders and influence decision-making in a complex business environment.

Why you’ll love it? We support our people to be the healthiest and happiest versions of themselves.
