About the Role: We’re looking for a technical leader to drive our Environment as a Service (EaaS) initiative. In this role, you’ll design, deploy, and optimize scalable cloud and on-premises application environments. Your expertise in Azure Cloud, DevOps practices, and environment automation will be key to delivering high-quality development, testing, and production environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver, uplift, and maintain high-quality, fit-for-purpose environments for enterprise-level development, testing, and production.
- Design and implement self-service, on-demand ephemeral environments with automated provisioning and cost optimization.
- Build comprehensive automation solutions for environment management workflows.
- Enhance visibility through dashboards and monitoring.
- Optimize configurations for reliability and efficiency.
- Drive continuous improvement in environment management processes.
Qualifications:
- 8–10+ years of experience in Azure Cloud, environment engineering, or DevOps.
- Strong background in CI/CD, automation tools, and Agile methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, AKS).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven success in managing complex environments and engaging cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with a focus on automation.
