Bupa Bateau Bay is seeking a dedicated Lifestyle & Wellbeing Coordinator to lead a vibrant, resident-led program that enhances connection, purpose and wellbeing. You will guide the Wellbeing Carer team and coordinate activities, 1:1 support, and community engagement to create meaningful daily living experiences.
You will assess residents, maintain documentation, and collaborate with the leadership team to embed Montessori-style approaches and evidence-based practices in dementia care.
