Bunnings is seeking a Department Manager to lead a 20+ strong team and drive daily operations, sales, and stock management in a high-volume department. You will work with Service, Inside the Home, Builders and Lifestyles & Garden teams, reporting to the Operations Manager and Complex Manager.
You'll train and develop your team, deliver Best Experience to customers, and ensure our Widest Range and Best Prices are showcased. Weekend roster and some public holiday work are required.
