Bunnings Limited is seeking a Department Manager for the Rockingham & Peel Area. You will lead a 20+ team across service, home, builders, and garden departments, driving Best Experience and Sales with strong safety practices.
You will manage daily operations, stock, and customer service, reporting to the Assistant Site Manager and Site Manager, with a 1 in 3 weekend roster and some public holiday work. Excellent leadership and planning are essential.
