Bunnings is seeking a Department Manager to oversee daily operations, sales, and high-volume stock within a specialist area. You and a team of 20+ will drive service, training, and best-experience delivery across the department, reporting to the Operations Manager and Complex Manager.
You will monitor customer service levels, coordinate with Merchandising and Health & Safety teams, and develop strong supplier relationships. A 1-in-3 weekend roster is required.
