You will work with fellow Department Managers and report to the Operations Manager and Complex Manager, leading 20+ team members to deliver Best Experience and ensure our Widest Range and Best Prices.
You will train and develop your team, monitor customer service levels, and collaborate with Merchandising, Health and Safety, and Store Leadership.
