Sales Support Officer – Bulk Granite Haulage
Your main focus will be supporting our Sales Representatives with their day-to-day administration, allowing them to spend more time with customers, building relationships and securing new business.
You'll be the go-to person for sales administration, helping keep everything organised, accurate and on track.
Key responsibilities
- Providing daily administrative support to our Sales team.
- Preparing quotes, pricing and customer correspondence.
- Following up customer enquiries, quotes and purchase orders.
- Maintaining accurate customer and quarry pricing.
- Liaising with quarries regarding materials, pricing and availability.
- Checking daily job spreadsheets for pricing accuracy.
- Working closely with Sales, Allocations and Accounts to keep everyone informed.
About you
- Experience in sales administration or a similar role.
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and computer skills, particularly Excel.
- A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership.
- Someone who can multitask and enjoys being part of a busy team.
- Excellent phone manner.
- Experience in the quarry, transport or construction industry would be highly advantageous.
