We have an exciting opportunity for a Human Resources Administrator to join our team in Victoria. The successful candidate for this role can be part time or work flexible hours.
As a Human Resources Administrator, you will be responsible for:
- Providing efficient and effective administration support services to the business
- Data maintenance and record keeping in our HRIS systems including HR Onboard, JobAdder, myHR eLearning and Chris21
- Preparation and issuing of contracts of employment, transfer letters, termination paperwork as required
- Support with pre-employment processes such as arranging medicals, references, police checks, verification of work rights etc
- Assist with any eLearning support queries
About you
- Experience in Administrative roles
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc)
- Displays initiative with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
- Excellent attention to detail
