You’ll lead and manage complex projects from inception to completion, while playing a genuine role in shaping the business’s strategic direction, from business development and client relationships through to project financial performance.

  • Prepare fee proposals and participate in tender submissions.

The Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years' civil design experience, with at least 5 years within an Australian engineering design consultancy.
  • Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Chartered Engineer status (or equivalent).
  • Experience working on urban development or land development projects.
  • Strong people management and leadership skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive business growth and achieve results in a competitive market.

  • Excellent knowledge of Australian Standards and Council design standards.
  • Ability to oversee and mentor junior staff, providing guidance and support to their professional development.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships that generate repeat business.

This is a genuine opportunity to step into a senior leadership role with real influence over strategy and growth, within a progressive and expanding consultancy.
