Builders Discount Warehouse – Brendale QLD
This role involves ensuring inventory master data in our ERP system is accurate, complete and consistent to support efficient supply chain, purchasing, e-commerce, sales and operational processes.
Key responsibilities
Create, maintain, update and product master data within Pronto ERP.
Manage supplier purchasing and pricing records.
Maintain product attributes, descriptions, dimensions, weights and classifications.
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems and reporting platforms.
Coordinate new product setups and product lifecycle management.
Investigate and resolve data discrepancies and system issues.
Support supply chain, purchasing, e-commerce, sales and operational processes initiatives.
Assist with reporting, data cleansing and process improvement projects.
Maintain and enforce data governance policies and procedures.
About you
Experience in master data administration, product data analysis, inventory management or purchasing.
Strong experience working with ERP systems, preferably Pronto.
Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, e. g. VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP Pivot tables and complex formulas.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Clear verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience within Retail, distribution, building products or supply chain environments (desirable).
Experience with reporting tools such as Phocas or Power BI (desirable).
