Builders Discount Warehouse is Brisbane's trusted destination for kitchen, bathroom, and tile solutions. This is a busy, varied front-of-house role in our Brendale kitchen showroom.
Key responsibilities:
- Greeting customers as they enter the showroom, answering their initial questions, and booking in-home appointments for our kitchen designers.
- Monitoring and managing the main kitchen sales email inbox.
- Following up online leads to book customers into in-home appointments.
- Typing up and formatting quotes from consultant-prepared notes and designs.
- Supporting consultants with some quoting directly from completed designs.
- Providing informed, attentive customer service to showroom visitors.
- General showroom administration — records, correspondence, and keeping things running smoothly.
About you:
- Warm, professional manner — you're often the first impression customers get of BDW.
- Confident and comfortable on the phone — following up leads and booking appointments is a key part of the role.
- Strong attention to detail — quotes need to be accurate and well-presented.
- Good written communication — you'll be managing a busy inbox on behalf of the team.
- Ability to multi-task and stay organised in an active, interruption-driven environment.
- Comfortable learning new software — we use quoting, CRM, and design tools (full training provided).
- Experience in reception, administration, or customer service.
