We do builders cleans and caulking for Sydney builders: initial cleans, final cleans and sparkle cleans at handover, plus windows and site amenities while the build runs. Over 1,000 jobs since 2024 and a 5.0 Google rating. We run the day through our own app, and every job ends with a walkthrough and a sign off from the site manager.
The role
You run the job on site. Most days you are on the tools with a crew of one to four, and you own the result: the site is handed over clean, photographed and signed off, and the new starters working beside you learn the trade properly.
What you will do
Lead the crew on site each day: set the order of work, keep the pace, check every room before we call it done.
Walk the site with the site manager at the end and get the sign off in the app.
Make sure the checklist and the after photos are done on every job, and clock on and off with the crew.
Train new cleaners on the job and sign off their skills over their first 30 days.
Be the first call for the crew on site: access, scope questions, a problem with the work, an incident. Write it up the same day.
Keep the gear, chemicals and PPE stocked and safe: wet methods and the right vacuum on dust, SWMS and site induction on every new site.
Confirm the crew's hours at the end of each week and flag anything that does not match the roster.
A normal week
7am starts across Sydney, Monday to Friday, with some Saturdays paid at award penalty rates. Days of 8 to 10 hours on site, mostly final and sparkle cleans on new homes and fit outs, plus windows and site amenities. The office books the jobs and sends the roster, an operations assistant chases confirmations, and you run the site.
What you bring
A current White Card and two or more years on builders cleans or construction cleaning.
At least a year leading a crew, and the patience to train people who are new to the trade.
A NSW driver licence and a reliable car. We pay you per kilometre between sites.
Full working rights in Australia with no limit on your hours.
Comfortable with a phone app for clock on, photos and sign off, and clear English with site managers.
Fit for physical work, 7am starts and the odd Saturday.
Nice to have: caulking, window cleaning or pressure washing experience, an EWP or working at heights ticket, first aid, and a second language our crews speak (Mongolian is a plus).
Pay and hours
Full time and permanent, 38 hours a week. $72,000 to $80,000 a year plus 12 percent super, depending on experience, paid weekly. Cleaning Services Award Level 3. Kilometres between sites paid, work phone supplied, PPE supplied. Start as soon as you can.
