Buildability Group Professional Roles – Sydney NSW is recruiting a Production Manager for Western Sydney. This permanent, full-time role leads a busy packaging manufacturing site, taking ownership of the factory floor and guiding a capable team to improve safety, productivity and quality.
You’ll manage Supervisors and production staff, partner with maintenance, logistics and quality teams, drive KPI performance, identify bottlenecks and coach leaders to build accountability and capability.
