Brand new leadership role
Work collaboratively with the Senior Leadership Team
Help lead the business to the next level
This is a permanent role working Monday to Friday on a day shift.
You’ll inherit a capable team and a site that’s performing well, but there’s still plenty of opportunity to put your own stamp on things.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading production operations across a busy manufacturing facility
- Managing and developing Supervisors, Team Leaders and production staff
- Making sure production targets are achieved without compromising safety or quality
- Working closely with maintenance, logistics and quality teams to keep operations running smoothly
- Identifying bottlenecks and implementing practical improvements
- Coaching managers and supervisors to build accountability and capability within the team
What we’re looking for:
You could come from packaging, plastics, FMCG, food, print, building products or another high-volume manufacturing operation.
What’s important is that you’ve:
- Managed production KPIs, staffing levels and operational performance
- Proven experience managing large teams and multiple layers of leadership
- Delivered measurable improvements in productivity, quality or efficiency
- Developed and retained strong teams
- Taken a hands-on approach rather than managing from behind a desk
A trade qualification, engineering background or tertiary qualification would be viewed favourably.
If you’re a Production Manager who enjoys building teams, improving processes and being visible on the factory floor, we’d be keen to have a confidential conversation.
