About the company:

Agency arm of a Property Developer of large scale residential projects in Melbourne, this property management business has a well-resourced team with strong systems and technology, and contemporary CBD fringe offices.

About the role:

Due to an internal promotion, this role is perfect for a senior property manager looking for that next step. You’ll manage your own portfolio while working closely with the department manager, taking on greater responsibility across the property management department being a key second-in-charge to the team.

Your role will include:

  • Managing a predominantly CBD and inner-city portfolio
  • Providing day-to-day guidance and support to Property Managers
  • Assisting with workflow, escalations and more complex tenancy matters
  • Supporting the ongoing development and performance of the PM team
  • Helping maintain service standards, systems and procedures
  • Working closely with senior management as the department continues to grow

Importantly, you’ll have excellent support around you, including full field services support with leasing, entry & exit reports, routines + admin support from VAs.

About you:

This role will particularly suit an accomplished Senior Property Manager who feels ready for more responsibility but hasn’t yet been given the opportunity to move into leadership. You’ll offer:

  • Strong experience across all aspects of residential property management
  • The confidence to guide, support and mentor other team members
  • Excellent organisation and problem-solving skills
  • Professional presentation and communication skills
  • Current Victorian Agent's Representative requirements
  • Driver licence
  • Previous Team Leader experience is welcome, but isn’t essential – attitude, maturity and your ability to step up and lead will be equally important.

What's on offer:

  • This is a genuine career progression opportunity rather than simply a change of portfolio.
  • Clear progression to Team Leader / 2IC
  • Salary commensurate with experience Neg to $100k + super
  • Monday-Friday only – no weekends
  • Full leasing, admin, inspections and field services support
  • Access to company car
  • Contemporary CBD fringe offices
  • Excellent technology and systems
