About the Role:
- Join a large growing Property Management team managing an initial portfolio of 80 tenancies, predominantly retail and commercial office, with the portfolio capped at 150.
- You’ll have dedicated Assistant PM support and the benefit of a highly systemised operation.
About You:
- 5+ years' commercial property management experience
- Strong retail and/or commercial office experience
- Solid working knowledge of Retail Leases Act
- Professional, organised and commercially minded
- Confident managing landlord, tenant and contractor relationships
