Human Capital Consultant in Sydney

With significant growth ahead, BTS Australia are seeking a Senior Consultant to join our team in Sydney or Melbourne.

• Client Focus: Proven ability to understand client challenges and formulate solutions.

• Collaboration: Work across BTS regional units and practices to ensure collaboration.
• Sales Exposure: Comfort with and desire to sell. Previous exposure to selling in a consulting environment is desired.
• Capabilities: Experience and exposure in learning design and facilitation.

Specifics of this role

• Approximately 5-8 years of experience (2 years+ in a consulting or corporate environment), ideally in a people focused role, that may have included designing and running workshops.
• Demonstrable experience in client/stakeholder relationship management, expanding your network and opportunities to learn and grow.
• Ability to play an active role in co-creating concepts and corresponding solutions.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead multiple projects that deliver results, working with stakeholders and delivering under tight timelines.
• A mature, humble, professional, and hands-on team player.
• Alignment with BTS values, including client centricity and an entrepreneurial mindset.
