This is a hands‐on, customer‐focused role where you'll act as an escalation point, supporting dealers, OEMs, and internal teams with technical troubleshooting, product guidance, and service excellence. You'll work across a broad range of systems - from MFDs and radar to power and digital switching - helping resolve complex issues and improve the overall customer experience.

What You'll Be Doing
- Provide Tier 2+ technical support across phone, email, and on‐site engagements
- Diagnose and resolve system and installation issues
- Support dealers, OEMs and installers with troubleshooting, warranty, and service processes
- Contribute to technical documentation, training materials, and process improvements
- Partner cross‐functionally with sales, operations, and product teams
- Act as a subject matter expert and escalation point within the APAC service team
- Actively mentoring and developing young talent.
What You Bring
- 5+ years' experience in marine, RV, or related technical industries
- Strong knowledge of marine electronics, electrical systems, and system integration
- Advanced troubleshooting skills and ability to interpret technical documentation
- A customer‐first mindset with strong communication skills
- High attention to detail, ownership, and a proactive, solutions‐focused approach
