About This Role
Working closely with the project delivery team, you will be responsible for:
- Planning and coordinating daily construction activities
- Supervising crews, subcontractors, plant and equipment
- Overseeing roadworks, pavements, earthworks, drainage and associated civil works
- Coordinating works around live traffic and staged construction requirements
- Monitoring site productivity against the construction program
- Maintaining safety, quality and environmental standards
- Resolving site and constructability issues as they arise
- Working closely with Engineers and Project Managers to keep works progressing
Requirements
We're looking for:
- Experience as a Site Supervisor within civil construction
- Proven experience delivering significant TMR projects
- Strong background across roadworks and civil infrastructure
- Experience across pavements, earthworks and drainage
- Demonstrated ability to lead crews and subcontractors
- Strong planning, coordination and problem-solving skills
- Sound knowledge of construction safety and quality requirements
- Full Australian working rights
