Browns Plumbing Service Pty Ltd is seeking experienced 3rd / 4th / Tradesman Plumbers to join our growing team in Cronulla, NSW. This is a full-time position offering an exciting opportunity to work on a diverse range of plumbing projects across residential and commercial properties. As a valued member of our team, you will contribute to delivering high-quality plumbing solutions whilst working alongside skilled professionals in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Install, repair and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures and fittings in residential and commercial properties.
- Diagnose plumbing problems and provide effective solutions to clients.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and plumbing plans.
- Perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs on plumbing systems.
- Ensure all work is completed in accordance with relevant Australian plumbing codes and regulations.
- Work safely and maintain compliance with health and safety standards on all job sites.
- Collaborate with team members and manage time effectively to meet project deadlines.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working order.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate professionally with clients.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to their development where appropriate.
What we're looking for:
- Current or near-completion of your apprenticeship or trade qualification in plumbing, or experience as an established tradesman plumber.
- Current or eligible for NSW plumbing license (or ability to obtain one).
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, materials and installation techniques.
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and understanding plumbing specifications.
- Sound understanding of relevant plumbing codes and regulations in NSW.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transport.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Commitment to health and safety practices on all work sites.
- Physical fitness and ability to work in various environmental conditions.
- Preferred: Experience in both residential and commercial plumbing projects.
