Brotherhood of St Laurence (BSL) is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Case Manager to join our People, Culture and Engagement team in a permanent full‐time role at Fitzroy, Melbourne. The base salary is $100,000 per year plus a $13,000 vehicle allowance, 12% superannuation and generous salary packaging benefits.
You will deliver expert advice on complex employee relations, support fair outcomes and build safe, inclusive workplaces across the organisation.
